Here's my guess: these are breather lines for the airbox, so there should be no oil _inside_ the lines. Are you sure the oil leak isn't from somewhere else, and happens to be dripping down along the air line as that happens to be the easiest path to follow?
My guess is that the oil is being belched up out of the speedometer connection, then flows along the inner side until it runs into the breather hoses, and then trickles along them.
